B. Joanne (Harm) Brougher, 77 of Enola passed away peacefully at home on April 28, 2018.  She was born October 2, 1940 in Harrisburg to the late Kenneth Robbins and Beatrice Virginia (Sharetts) Harm.
 
She retired from Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot after more than 35 years of service as a procurement agent.  After retirement she worked at the East Pennsboro Branch Library.  She was an active church member including service as Council Secretary and singing in the choir.  She was a volunteer with CanSurmount with over 25 years supporting cancer patients.
 
She and her husband Bill enjoyed annual fishing trips to Canada, spending time on the river aboard their pontoon boat the USS Owen Moore, traveling to include Panama Canal, Canadian Rockies, Alaska, Hawaii, Western National Parks and avid supporters of all Studio `91 dance performances and events including trips to Disney.  Joanne enjoyed planting her annual flowers, baking, bird watching, spending time at the beach and being Gran to her one and only granddaughter.
 
She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, William Brougher, daughter Janice Brougher-Roos of Mechanicsburg, son-in-law Paul Roos and granddaughter “Baby Bird” Renata Bea.  Also surviving is brother Kenneth Harm, MD of Mechanicsburg and family.  She was preceded in death by sister-in-law Candeece Harm.
 
Burial will be celebrated by immediate family at Rolling Green Memorial Cemetery.  Following the burial, a celebration of life service will be held at Enola Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 22 Salt Road, Enola, on Friday, May 4th at 11 am.  Luncheon to follow.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Enola Emmanuel Methodist Church.
