Harry M. Kline, 85, of Dillsburg, and formerly of Enola, passed away Friday, October 7, 2016 at West Shore Hospital.

He was born September 6, 1931 in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Harry was retired from Norfolk Southern after 42 years of service, and owned his own excavating business. He was also a US Army Veteran of the Korean War receiving the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, the Purple Heart Korean Service Medal W/1 Bronze Star. Harry was a member of the American Legion Post of Dillsburg. He enjoyed camping, bluegrass music, car races, and sitting on his deck and watching the golfers, but most of all he was a kind, simple man who enjoyed his home and family. 

Harry was preceded in death by his wife Elise May Long Kline, and infant son and daughter; a brother John and three sisters Betty Shay, Helen Freet and Sarah Plank. He is survived by his wife of eight years Barbara Weaver Kline and two sons, Terry and wife Ellen, Gordon and wife Veronica, 4 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind several step-children and grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Friday, October 14th, 2016 from 10AM-11AM at Sullivan Funeral Home 51 N. Enola Dr. Enola PA 17025.

Services will begin at 11AM on Friday with Pastor Alan Echard officiating.

Burial with full military honors will be in Stone Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA 1320 Linglestown Rd. Harrisburg PA 17110.

The Sullivan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Kline family.
