Henry “Hank” E. Nast of Enola died Thursday December 21st, 2017 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill PA.

There is no pain in Heaven the Lord promised me.

There is no pain in Heaven, Oh what a Glorious Day!

Born September 23rd, 1928 in Nanticoke PA.  Graduated from Nanticoke High School.  Served with Pride in the US Army for three years.  Worked as a Head Meat Cutter and Manager for Food Fair-Pantry Pride. He was a Union Steward for the AMCBWNA: Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America.  Active in his community as a member of the American Legion 272.  Volunteered at Penn State University as a stadium usher for 15 years.  Was an avid hunter and a member of the Mechanicsburg Sportsmen’s Club.

Survived by wife of 66 years, Eleanor (Galster) Nast RN.  Raised 4 daughters: Daughter Judy Estep and Granddaughter Corynn Estep and three Great-Grandsons: Colton, Caidon and Conner, Daughter Nancy Kemberling and Husband Arden Kemberling and Granddaughter Ashley Kemberling, Daughter Carol Meier and Granddaughter Paige Meier, Daughter Trisha Ravago and Dr. Ray Ravago and 2 Grandchildren Rebekah Ravago and Joseph Ravago. 

Public viewing will be Friday, December 29th from 10-11am at Sullivan Funeral Home, 51 North Enola Drive, Enola, PA  17025.  Internment at Indiantown Gap.  Officiated by Reverend David Schleh.

The Sullivan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Nast family.
