Ross C. Blosser, Sr., 94, of Enola passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Golden Living Center, Camp Hill.
Born in Harrisburg, he was the son to the late Edward and Hannah Blosser. Ross came from a very large family of brothers and sisters.
He was a U.S. Army WWII veteran who served in the Pacific Arena and Japan.
Ross had worked as a butcher for the former Swift & Company, and he retired from the Commonwealth of PA.
He was an artist, sportsman, enjoyed music, and was an outdoorsman.
He was married to his wife, Betty for 63 years.
Surviving are 3 sons, Ross C. (Fran), Jack I. (Sheryl), and Terry L. (Linda); 6 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held at the Capital Area Christian Church, 1775 Lambs Gap Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 10AM-11AM.
Services will begin at 11AM.
Burial with military honors will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg, PA.
