  2. I remember every Christmas Eve, Darlene, Margie and her family would have food set out for all to come and drop by, eat, hang out and just feel welcomed. It was always such a loving and friendly place to go and feel like you were part of the family. Such nice and loving people. I know a lot of us would hang out at the house (various friends and such) over the years. They always made us feel like part of the family and very welcome. She will be missed and we will pray for the family.

  3. Art and I send our heartfelt sympathy to Darlene’s family. She and Art were Classmates at Greenwood, and she and I were band members together. Art was reminiscing about the time he took Darlene to the Ferry on the back of his bicycle (of course, this was before he got his driver’s license). She had such a “bubbly” personality and I’m glad we knew her. She will be missed. Sincerely, Ethel Bitting
