Richard L. Wieger, Jr., also known as Dickie or Pete, 67, of Dauphin passed peacefully surrounded by his family on March 20, 2026 at UPMC West Shore Hospital.
Dickie was born August 19, 1958 in Harrisburg. He worked as a self contractor, handyman, and farmer. He was well known around the area and helped out many people in every way that he could. He loved spending time and making memories with his grandchildren whether it was being out in the woods hunting and fishing or being in the garden teaching them how to grow food.
Dickie was preceded in death by his parents Richard L. Wieger Sr., and Jean Wieger, and his brother, William Wieger.
Dickie is survived by daughter, Ashley Richardson, son-in-law Dylan Richardson, and 4 granddaughters Ryleigh, Kaelee, Bellamie, and Charlee Richardson of Dauphin, PA. Sisters; Tina (Ken) Oakley, of Middletown, PA, and Dianne (Robert) Clark, of Point Pleasant, WV, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Saturday, June 20, 2026 from 10AM to 11AM at Sullivan Funeral Home located at 51 N. Enola Dr. Enola PA 17025.
