Betty K. Pickel, 96, of Carlisle, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020, at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home. Born July 29, 1923 in Kratzerville, PA. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Gertrude Kline of Enola. She was preceded in death by her husbands Robert Beck and Paul Pickel, Jr.
Surviving Betty are her daughters, Joan Raves and husband William, and Margaret Wenrick, 8 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces.
In addition to her husbands, Betty was preceded in death by her sons, Paul and Richard Pickel, her brother, Kenneth Kline, and a niece.
Betty was a longtime employee of the Sears & Roebuck company. Upon retiring, Betty enjoyed gardening, traveling, and playing bingo.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
