Craig S. “Parky” Parkison, 56 of Dauphin, PA passed away November 18, 2018 at John Hopkins Medical Center. Craig was born in Harrisburg to Barbara S. Parkison and Robert L. Parkison.
Craig graduated from West Perry High School. He loved sports; he played football and baseball for West Perry. While playing baseball for the West Perry Mustangs, his team won the State Championship in 1979, and it’s the only year Mustangs won a State Championship.
Craig went Harrisburg Area Community College and received his associate’s degree in Architecture. He went on to be a General Contractor for over 25 years. Craig was a Deacon and an active member of his church.
He survived by his wife, Mary E. Parkison of Dauphin, PA and his father Robert L. Parkison of New Bloomfield, PA.
There will be visitation at 1pm, followed by a memorial service celebrating his life at 2pm Sunday December 2nd at the Harrisburg First Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 424 N. Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, PA.
Contributions can be made to the Harrisburg First Seventh – day Adventist Church, in lieu of Flowers.
