
Douglas A. Black, of Mechanicsburg passed away March 12, 2017.
He worked for many years as a fork-lift operator and also had worked in the construction field building log home retreats in Japan. He was happiest when he was traveling or listening to Bruce Springsteen.
He was the son of the late George and Shirley Black. Predeceased by a brother Marshall D. Black, Doug is survived by 4 sisters: June V. Black, Robyn L. Black, Linda S. Black, and Amanda L. Black, (Argyrios Dimopoulos) all from Enola, and one niece, Maya S. Black of Shippensburg.
There will be no viewing or visitation, but a private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
