Glenn W. “Pap” Shank, 95, of Enola, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, March 15, 2016.
Born in York Springs, he was the son of the late Daniel and Tillie Etta (Lauver) Shank. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Genevieve.
He was retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad and the East Pennsboro School District. He was a member of the Enola Emmanuel United Methodist Church and the East Pennsboro Senior Citizen Center. Glenn loved collecting railroad antiques, enjoyed yard sale bargaining, and treasured spending time with his family.
Glenn is survived by his three daughters: Mary Jane Sellers, wife of Sidney, Linda Irvin, wife of William, and Wanda Hill, wife of James all of Enola; and two granddaughters, Vicki Sellers and Tiffany Buskey, wife of Eric.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11AM at the Enola Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 22 Salt Road, Enola. A viewing will be held from 10am Monday until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery.
