Justin T. Patterson, 28, of Enola, PA, was tragically taken from us in a car accident on September 27, 2026.
Justin was devoted to his family above all else. He was a loving father and partner, and a caring grandson who was always the first to show up when his grandparents needed a hand. Anyone who knew Justin knew his big heart. He was open and always ready for a real conversation, and no one ever left his company without a hug and an “I love you.” He was also always willing to help a stranger in need.
Justin proudly served six years in the U.S. Air Force, where he helped keep aircraft safe and ready for flight. He later built a community for veterans in the online gaming world, where he helped many find hope when they needed it most.
A true car enthusiast, Justin always had a project car or three going in the garage. His love of cars began in childhood alongside his late father, and he grew into a wealth of knowledge on all things automotive. He also had a deep love for animals, and met them with gentle patience and compassion. He opened his home to foster pets in need.
Justin was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Patterson, and his grandmother, Leatrice (Jameson) Zerance. He is survived by his mother, Stacy (Zerance) Patterson; his grandfather, John Zerance; his child, Sterling; and his fiancée, Michelle Patterson.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to his family as they rebuild.
Justin’s generous heart, his laughter, and his love will live on in everyone he touched. He will be forever loved and deeply missed.
The Sullivan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Patterson family.
