Michael J. Arter, Jr., 34, passed away on July 10, 2017 at his home in Lemoyne, PA. He was a graduate of East Pennsboro High School, attended Cumberland/Perry Vo-tech and Empire beauty school for cosmetology.
His passions were rescuing animals, horticulture and reading.
Michael is survived by his father, Michael Sr. (Wendy Arter), mother, Jennie Hooker (James Hooker); brother, David Arter, step-brother, Ryan Fairchok (Leanne Fairchok), nephews, Wyatt and Isaac; his partner, Dennis LaRose and close friend, Troy Stauffer. And numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial service for family and close friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Helenkrause.org
