Paul E Tobias Sr. 86, of Newport PA, passed away peacefully on March 18th, 2025 at Penn State Holy Spirit hospital. He was born March 4th,1939 in Marysville PA.
Paul is survived by Carol Sinkovitz, his significant other of New Bloomfield PA.
Daughter Terry (Tobias) Gross, and husband, Mark of Newport PA.
Son Paul Tobias Jr., and wife, Brenda, of Shermansdale PA.
Daughter Carlene (Tobias) Warner, and husband, Dale of Duncannon PA.
Several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Brother Donald Tobias, and wife, Kathy of Spanaway Washington.
Paul was predeceased by his twin sister Pearl Camerden of Mechanicsburg PA.
Sister Gladys Glen of Volant PA, and brother Miles Tobias of Dillsburg PA, and brother Charles Tobias of Marysville PA.
Paul was an auto mechanic his whole career which spanned decades.
Paul owned several Mobil and Esso gas stations throughout the Harrisburg, Enola and Lemoyne area in the 1950’s and 1960’s. He also worked for many years at the Capital City Airport.
Paul enjoyed camping, gardening, and raising livestock. Paul had a quick wit and charm that was second to none. He enjoyed joking around.
He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
Burial will be private.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 26st at 2pm at the New Bloomfield VFW 71 Soule Road New Bloomfield Pa 17068.
