Frances K. Keeny  9-2-1953 – 3-17-2021

Frances went to be with the Lord on 3-17-2021 with her faithful cat, Abraham by her side.  Frances was born with Cerebral Palsy, but that did not hamper her from living life.  She was raised in the foster care system by Floy and Russell Keeny.  She had many brothers and sister.  Raised with her foster mother’s children first, Marlene and Kay Keeny.  Frances later, was brought up with her foster siblings.  Federicka (Ricki) Conner Henne, Cheryl Conner Walk, and a brother Scott A Ohler.  Frances had many interests, including church, concerts, ringing of the bells for the handbell choir at church, and also for Salvation Army during holidays.  Frances was an advocate and raised money for many charitable organizations.  Frances’s goal was to write a book, which she finished the last day of her life.  A dear friend of Francie was called and asked to pick-up the finished book and send for publication.  All in all, Frances touched many people in her lifetime.
