Laura E. (Rickard) Putt 89 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 10th, 2026. She was born in Enola, on February 26th, 1936, to the late Ira and Elsie Rickard.
Laura graduated from Enola High School and was a lifetime member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
She married Willaim J. Putt in 1954; they had six children, Linda L. Harding (David), Cindy L. Knaub (Gregory), Wendy A. Campbell (Patrick), Sandy B. Ruth (Charlie) Donn E. Putt (Annette), and Frank E. Putt (Trish)
She had 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great, Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband William J. Putt.
Laura was survived by her partner of 28 years Harry Barrick, his children, Chris Barrick (Marianne), Jenny Hamilton (Roger), 5 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren
Laura and Harry loved their large family and spent as much time with them as they could
Services will be held at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 4685 Mt. Zion Dr. Enola, PA 17025, on February 26th, 2026. Visitation will be 10:00 am to 11:00 am, service will begin at 11:00 am.
Internment will immediately follow at Stone Church cemetery, followed by a luncheon back at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mt. Zion UMC in her name: 4685 Mt. Zion Dr. Enola, PA 17025.
