Samantha R. Harkins, 36, of Camp Hill Pennsylvania tragically took her life on May 25, 2026 after a very long struggle with her mental health.
Samantha was a graduate of Central Dauphin East High school. She worked many years with PMHCA. The many people that knew her, knew she was little but FIERCE.
She was the loving guardian of her nephew, Robert. She was a loving a supportive sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She leaves behind her sisters, Sarah Gordon and Lessli Gingery. Her loss is also being cherished by her dog, Bruno.
A celebration of life will be held this month.
The Sullivan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Harkins family.
