
Wallace “Jerry” Brown went home to be with the Lord on April 25, 2024. He passed peacefully in his home.
He was born April 26, 1942. He served proudly in the Army National Guard.
He was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was Pa Brown to his many special needs children and adults.
He was passionate about his volunteering with Special Olympics and his church, especially his Ice Breakers Sunday school class.
He was an active member of the Enola senior center.
He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Majorie and Sheldon Gray, as well as his sisters, Winkie and Cherie and brother Roger.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, daughter Debra (Donald Bowden), son Ron (Tammy), 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister Donna, brother Richie and several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday May 2, 2024 at 11AM at Enola First Church of God. Everyone is invited to a luncheon following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to Enola First Church of God Youth Mission Trip fund.

Jerry was an very. Active member of the P C o A (Pennsylvania Council ON Aging in Harrisburg for over 14 years .He represented the Cumberland County seniors in trying to make a better life for them in many ways. A great guy with a big smile and a kind word for everyone. Also when his hands were cold he wore a pair of gloves from France’s with a bow on them, smiling the whole time. He will be missed.
