Wayne S. Miller, 99 of Enola passed away on June 29th, 2021 at Spring Creek Nursing Home. He was born on October 7, 1921 and was the son of William and Florence Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary J. (Ketrow) Miller, his brothers William, Eugene, and Elwood, and his sisters Mary and Evelyn.
Wayne is survived by his daughter, Marjorie A (William) Holsberg, and grandson, William A. Holsberg, Jr. and his family.
He attended Enola High School and earned letters in football, basketball, and baseball. He was one of the co-founders of the Enola American Legion and served in the United States Army during the 2nd World War. After his service to the country, he had a 42-year career with the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was a model railroad builder and enjoyed making dollhouses and clocks for his family and friends.
